This year, Carrots made a number of lifestyle changes. One of the changes is the way Carrots improves her physical fitness. Her goal is to be as fit as AI Carrots.
Ever since the advent of COVID, Carrots has been leveraging on jogging as the primary lever to improve her physical fitness. While jogging is quite a good cardio activity, it has a few downsides:
- Long term implications to ankle and knee joint health
- It does not build strength
- It's super boring.....unless the jogging trail is filled with gorgeous babes wearing skimpy shorts and sports bra.
Occasionally, Carrots will train her abs by following abs workout videos starring fitness babes like Chloe Ting. However, she was not able to get into the habit of doing it.
Eventually, Carrots read online that the best activity to improve physical fitness is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Rather than forking out hundreds of dollars to sign up for exorbitantly priced gym memberships, Carrots devised an ingenious (but a bit lewd) way to motivate herself to work on HIIT at the comfort of her home.
HIIT Frequency: Carrots made a decision to do HIIT at home at least once a week
HIIT Workout Regime: Create a table of physical activities and tie them to numbers
- Push Ups (15 Reps) - 3, 9, 15
- Squats (15 Reps) - 4, 10, 16
- Leg Raises (15 Reps) - 5, 11, 17
- Crunches (15 Reps) - 6, 12, 18
- Tricep Dips (15 Reps) - 7, 13
- Plank (20 secs) - 8, 14

During the workout: Carrots will roll 3 dices. The number that corresponds to the summation of the dices numbers will be the physical activity that Carrots will work on. After completing each activity, Carrots will roll the 3 dices again and repeat. There will not be any rests between each physical activity.....until Carrots is not able to complete the desired reps for the physical activity due to muscle fatigue or exhaustion.
Controversial Motivational Technique: Carrots' failure to complete all the reps for a physical activity will result in a penalty for her. The penalty is.....to be vibrated in her crotch for 60 seconds!!! Yes! That bulge in the photo above is a vibrator that is attached to Carrots' cute manhood!

The HIIT workout will end under 2 circumstances:
- Carrots is brought to orgasm by the vibrator
- Carrots completes a specific number of sets of the physical activities as defined by the HIIT Level (see below)
Carrots has defined various Levels of HIIT Workout with associated rewards for passing each level.

So Carrots began the HIIT workout regime at the beginning of September. Below is the outcome of 3 sessions....including the latest one:
13/Sept Session: Successfully completed 19 sets. Failed and vibrated 2x. Result: Orgasm and Squirt
19/Sept Session: Successfully completed 15 sets. Failed and vibrated 4x. Result: Orgasm and Squirt
08/Oct Session: SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED 30 sets. Failed and vibrated 4x. Result: PROGRESS TO LEVEL 2!!!!
WHAT AN ACCOMPLISHMENT! Carrots felt a lot stronger today as she worked on the physical activities. Thankfully, there were more abs related exercises today compared to exercises that Carrots is weak in (eg. Pushups)
Carrots is well on her way to achieve her physical fitness goals! Time to buy a pull up bar and elevate her fitness levels!
