1/July

Breakfast (Home Cook): 3x Tao Kwa Bao

Lunch: (Home Cook): I can't remember.....

Dinner (Home Cook): Fried Whole Meal Bee Hoon + Bitter Gourd + Cod Fish

Snacks: 3 Ferraro Roche + Some Prawn Crackers Sticks + 2 Sardine Puff + Some Jackfruit


2/July

Breakfast (Home Cook): 2x Soon Kuey + 1x Cabbage Kuey

Lunch: (Wok Hey): Fried Egg Cauliflower Rice + Prawns + Broccoli

Dinner (Home Cook): Brown Rice (with Scallops, Red Dates, Wolf berries, dried Shrimp) + Red Spinach fried with Broccoli, Mushrooms, minced Garlic. 

Snacks: 1 orange, some nuts


3/July

Breakfast (Self Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch (from Coffee Shop): Kai Lan + Ladies' Fingers (Ochra) + Cabbage + Sardine fish

Dinner (Home Cook): Miso Soup (with toufu, seaweed, wolf berries) + Left over Brown Rice (with Scallops, Red Dates, Wolf berries, dried Shrimp) wrapped in seaweed


4/July

Breakfast (Self Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch (from Coffee Shop): Nasi Lemak + Bitter Gourd + Cabbage + 2x Fried Chicken Wings + Milk Tea

Dinner (from Coffee Shop): White Rice + Assorted Vegetables + Chamomile Tea

Snacks: 1 Orange + some fried garlic slices + 1 Baked Garlic Clove


5/July

Breakfast (Self Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch (from Coffee Shop): Cabbage, Curry Chicken, Deep Fried Fish Slice

Dinner: Skipped due to too much work! Started Work at 6:30am and stopped work at 9:30pm!

Snacks: 1 bar of kit kat milk chocolate, 1 cookie, some potato chips (yes...work stress levels are up!)


6/July

Breakfast (From Coffee Shop): Black Coffee + Yam Cake + Egg + Deep Fried Fish

Lunch (from Coffee Shop): Brown Rice + Fried Egg with tomato + Spinach + Kai Lan

Dinner (Home Cook): Brown Rice (with Scallops, Red Dates, Wolf berries, dried Shrimp) wrapped in seaweed + Spinach fried with garlic and Broccoli

Snacks: Nuts, Fried Garlic slices


7/July

Breakfast (Self Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch (from Coffee Shop): Various vegetables

Dinner (Home Cook): Brown Rice (with Scallops, Red Dates, Wolf berries, dried Shrimp) wrapped in seaweed

Snacks:


8/July

Breakfast (Coffee Shop): Fried Bee Hoon + Chicken Wing + Cabbage + Egg

Lunch (from Coffee Shop): Noodles + green leafy Vegetables + 

Dinner (Home Cook): Mee Sua + Steamed Fish + Spinach + fried Toufu

Snacks: Kiwi + Apple


9/July

Breakfast (Yong's Kueh): 2x Soon Kuey + 1x Cabbage Kuey

Lunch: (Wok Hey): Fried Egg Cauliflower Rice + Prawns + Broccoli

Dinner (Home Cook): Spinach Noodles + Red Spinach fried with Broccoli, Mushrooms, minced Garlic. 

Snacks: 1 orange, some nuts


10/July

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Brown Rice, Egg with tomato, vegetables

Dinner (Coffee Shop): Fish Slice Bee Hoon Soup

11/July

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Lor Mee

Dinner (Coffee Shop): Dry Ban Mian

Snacks: Grapes
