1/June

Breakfast (Self Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch (from Coffee Shop): Brown Rice + KaiLan + Another green leafy vegetable that I can't remember + Ochra (with squid) + Black Coffee. I finally consumed some carbo! Feeling rather weak the previous day. After consuming carbo, suddenly i felt more energetic again!!

Dinner: Durian!!

Snacks: 3 or 4 Almonds


2/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Yam Cake + Black Coffee

Lunch (Home Cook): Brown Rice, Long Beans, Steamed Fish

Tea Break: Jack fruit

Dinner (Home Cook): Bee Hoon Soup + Cabbage + Shrimp

Snacks: Durian!!!


3/June

Breakfast: Soon Kuey x 3 + Black Coffee

Lunch (Home Cook): Brown Rice, Leeks, Steamed Fish 

Dinner (Home Cook): Steamboat! Spinach, Black Fungus, Seaweed, Quail Eggs, Fishballs, Button Mushrooms, Scallops, Abalone, Sliced Fish and more! 

Snacks: Durian!


4/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Pan Fried Reddish Cake with Egg (Chai Tao Kuey) + Black Coffee

Lunch: Wok Hey's Cauliflower Rice with Prawns and Broccoli  

Dinner (Home Cook): Brown Rice (with Red Dates, Wolf berries, dried shrimps), Broccoli fried with Tomato, Red Bell Pepper, Garlic in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Snacks: Apple














5/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (from Coffee Shop): KaiLan + Green Bean + Ochra (deep fried fish paste) + Noh Hiong (fried minced pork wrapped with fried Tofu Skin + Black Coffee. 

Dinner (Home Cook): Overnight Brown Rice (with Red Dates, Wolf berries, dried shrimps) fried with Garlic in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Snacks: A few almonds


6/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Nasi lemak + Bitter gourd + Cabbage + black fungus + fried chicken wings + Otah. Yes....this is one of my more sinful meals in recent days. High in carbo and saturated fat. Usually, otah has trans fat as well. 

Dinner (Coffee Shop): Pan fried dory with black pepper sauce + lettuce + broccoli + cauliflower + carrot. 

Snacks: A few almonds














7/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Assorted Vegetables 

Dinner (Coffee Shop): Pan fried dory with black pepper sauce + lettuce + broccoli + cauliflower + carrot. This time round, I informed the cook to remove the tatar sauce

Snacks: A few almonds


8/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Kai Lan, Long Beans, Cauliflower, Black Sauce Hard Boiled Egg

Dinner: Golden Phoenix Durian

Snacks: Nil


9/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Brown Rice and assorted vegetables

Dinner: Apple

Snacks: Nuts


10/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds

Lunch: (Home Cook): Noodles, fish cake and green leafy vegetables vegetables

Dinner (Home Cook): Brown Rice, Steamed Cod Fish, Fried Bitter gourd and Eggs, Green Leafy Vegetable

Snacks: MSW Durian! Fish Crackers. Finally, I broke my fast for junk food and ate Fish Crackers. These are crackers that are deep fry by my dad in healthier cooking oil.


11/June

Breakfast (Yong's Kueh): 2 Soon Kueh (Turnip) and 1 Cabbage Kueh. 

Lunch: (Home Cook): Hor Fun (Flat Noodles fried in corn starch) with assorted vegetables, shrimps and mussels.

Dinner (Home Cook): Spinach fried, broccoli, tomato, red bell pepper fried with Garlic and extra virgin olive oil.


12/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): 1 leafy vegetable, 2 servings of Cabbage, Noh Hiong (fried minced pork wrapped with fried Tofu Skin + Black Coffee.

Dinner (Home Cook): Brown Rice (with Red Dates, Wolf berries, dried shrimps), Broccoli fried with Tomato, Red Bell Pepper, Garlic in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I think i had may have too much fibre for the day. Stomach felt bloated and uncomfortable.... 
Snacks: 1 small piece of dark chocolate covered almond + a small cup of assorted nuts

13/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Kailan, Cabbage, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Noh Hiong (fried minced pork wrapped with fried Tofu Skin + Black Coffee.

Dinner (Sushi Tei): Sashimi Salad

Snacks: Nil














14/June

Breakfast (Coffeeshop): Black Coffee + Yam Cake + Egg + Fried Fish Fillet

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Assorted Vegetables + Black Sauce Chicken (宫保鸡丁) + Black Coffee.

Dinner (Restaurant Bar): Salad + 1 Fried Chicken Wing + 4 Mussels + 1 pint of Beer!


15/June

Breakfast (Coffeeshop): Black Coffee + Yam Cake + Egg + Fried Fish Fillet

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Assorted Vegetables + Black Sauce Chicken (宫保鸡丁) + Black Coffee.

Dinner (Sushi Tei): Pan Fried Fish Fillet + Salad + Broccoli + Cauliflower


16/June

Breakfast (Coffeeshop): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Nasi Lemak + Bitter gourd + Cabbage + fried Chicken Wing.

Dinner: Skipped Dinner

Snacks: Nachos and a couple of popcorn. Went on a date with Admirer J and he bought Nachos and popcorn. I had a few pieces of nachos and a couple of popcorns


17/June (one of the most sinful food consumption day)

Breakfast (Coffeeshop): Fried Bee Hoon, Fried Chicken Wing, Egg, Cabbage (Yes....super sinful breakfast. But was feeling tired after a long night with Admirer J. Wanted to eat something to keep me going till lunch

Lunch: (Home Cook): Dry noodles with Vegetable soup and fried Fishcake.

Dinner (Home Cook): Fried Bee Hoon + Bitter gourd + Shrimp + Steamed Fish

Snacks: Home Fried Prawn Crackers, Chicken Curry Puff, Golden Phoenix Durian

I came to realise that lethargy can induce lots of cravings for dopamines. 

18/June

19/June

20/June

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Broccoli + Cauliflower + Spinach + Cabbage + Black Sauce Chicken (宫保鸡丁) + Black Coffee.

Dinner (Coffee Shop): Pan fried dory with black pepper sauce + lettuce + broccoli + cauliflower + carrot.

Snacks: A small cup of Almonds, 2 small packets of highly processes junk food. I must admit, I was quite stressed with work today


21/June (OMG! My meals on 21/June is the same as 20/June!)

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Broccoli + Cauliflower + Spinach + Cabbage + Black Sauce Chicken (宫保鸡丁) + Black Coffee.

Dinner (Coffee Shop): Pan fried dory with black pepper sauce + lettuce + broccoli + cauliflower + carrot.

Snacks: 1 slice of cheese cake + strawberry + Apple


22/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Dry Mee Pok + 2 small meat balls + egg

Dinner (Home Cook): Pan Fried Salmon + Broccoli + Red Bell Pepper + Spinach + Garlic

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Sliced Fish Bee Hoon Soup

Dinner (Dabao): Salmon Sashimi + Roast Chicken + Home Cooked Miso Soup (Tofu + seaweed + mushrooms)

24/June

Breakfast (Coffee Shop): Fried Bee Hoon + Fried Chicken Wing + Cabbage + Fried Egg + Home Cooked Miso Soup (Tofu + seaweed + mushrooms) 

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Dried Noodles + Green Leafy Vegetables + Soup

Dinner (Dabao): Red Rice + Steamed Fish + Fried Tofu + Long Beans

Snacks: MSW Durian + 2 Awfully Chocolate Cookies + Red Grapes + Guava


25/June

Breakfast (Coffee Shop): Rice Dumpling (Bak Chang) + Tomato

Lunch: (Wok Hey): Fried Egg Cauliflower Rice + Broccoli + Prawns

Dinner (Tim Ho Wan): Spinach Mushroom Dumplings + Steamed Vegetable Chee Cheong Fun + Deep Fried Pork Chop + Deep Fried something which I can't remember 

Snacks: Nil


26/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Restaurant): Naan + Fish Masala + Spinach + Mutton

Dinner (Home Cook): Brown Rice (Cooked with Mini Scallops + Mini Mussels + Red Dates + Small Dried Shrimps + Wolfberries) + Spinach + Red Bell Peppers + Swiss Brown Mushrooms + Garlic 

Snacks: MSW Durian!!!


27/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Restaurant): Sashimi Salad + Green Tea

Dinner (Home Cook): White Rice with mixed vegetables and pork slice

28/June (The most sinful day in June!)

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Restaurant): Penang Cuisine (Char Kway Teow, Mee Goreng, Fried Egg, Spinach with 3 different eggs)

Dinner (Home Cook): Deep Fried Onion Rings, Pizza, Deep fried chicken wings and drumlets, 1.5 pints of Beer  

Snacks: Nil


29/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds

Lunch: (Home Cook): Brown Rice (Cooked with Mini Scallops + Mini Mussels + Red Dates + Small Dried Shrimps + Wolfberries)

Dinner (Home Cook): Spinach + Red Bell Peppers + Swiss Brown Mushrooms + Otah

Snacks: 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies, some Nuts and a Kit Kat Chocolate Bar!!!


30/June

Breakfast (Home Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Lunch: (Coffee Shop): Cabbage with Mee Sua, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Green Leafy vegetables, Black sauce chicken (Gong Bao Ji Ting)

Dinner (Home Cook): Hor Fun with loads of green leafy vegetables

Snacks: 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie, 2 slices of pear, 3 Ferraro roche chocolate!
