Breakfast (Self Cook): Black Coffee + 3 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds

Post Dinner: Yakult (Urgh! Too Sweet!!!)
Snacks: Nil!!! 🎉 Around 3pm, I spied a can of chocolate bars. But I resisted the urge and walk away.

Breakfast (Self Cook): Black Coffee + 2 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds. Reduced my eggs consumption to prep my body for my final goal: Intermittent Fasting
Lunch (from Coffee Shop): KaiLan + Mushrooms + Ochra (with shrimps) + Avocado + Black Coffee.
Dinner (Sushi Teh): Salmon Sashimi Salad with Sesame sauce dressing. Was feeling a bit down because of some work related stress. In the past, when I'm feeling stressed after work, I tend to gorge on unhealthy food like zichar or fish and chips with fries. But this time round, I decided to spend a bit more money for a healthier option. The sesame sauce dressing goes well with the salad but I have a nagging suspicion that it's loaded with saturated fats. Will bear this in mind and opt for no salad dressing in future.
Supper: 1 Red Apple
Snacks: Nil!!! 🎉

Breakfast (Self Cook): Black Coffee + 2 Soft Boiled Eggs + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds + Sesame Seeds
Lunch (from Coffee Shop): KaiLan + Scrambled Eggs fried with Tomato + Ochra (with shrimps) + Black Coffee. I did not have time to consume the avocado that I brought to work. Surprisingly, I did not feel hungry even until dinner time at 8pm.
Dinner (Self Cook): Tomato + Red Bell Pepper + Spinach + pan fried Salmon.
Snacks: Peanuts. As I was cooking dinner at 8pm, my lower limbs felt quite weak and slightly light headed. Decided to consume some peanuts to help power me through the dinner cooking process.
Cool : ) what a healthy spread
ReplyDeleteTrying my best to restrict carbo. But as with any diet, I think the most important factor is to be able to sustain it.
