Main reason for crossdressing out in public

Based on my observation, many Passable CDs have various reasons for dressing out.

They usually dress out to meet up with other passable CDs for various non sexual activities like shopping, clubbing, dining.....etc.

Occasionally they dress out to meet up with other guys or CDs for sexual gratification activities either in a hotel room, car or in a secluded spot in public.

Sometimes, passable CDs also dress out to take selfies (or wefies with other CDs) in public so that they can post their photos on social media.

I've partake in quite a few of the above mentioned activities. But I have to admit that most of the time I dress out is to flash my panty in public. Does this make me a teaser or exhibitionist?

I love wearing short skirts. I love the thrill of exposing a fraction of my panty to the unsuspecting public. That explains why i love taking strolls in the night or browsing the supermarket aisle in my short skirt.
